Reservation Confirmation
All travel reservations with B2 Adventure Tour and Travels are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment, which is non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to complete the deposit at the earliest to ensure their booking is secured and processed without delay.
Travel Voucher Requirement
A confirmed travel voucher issued by B2 Adventure Tour and Travels must be presented at the hotel during check-in. Hotels may decline services if the voucher is not provided, so guests are advised to carry it at the time of arrival.
Hotel Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out timings are governed by the policies of the respective hotels. Requests for early check-in or late check-out depend entirely on room availability and the hotel's discretion. Any additional charges for such requests must be settled directly with the hotel.
Changes to Travel Plans
Travel schedules and itineraries may occasionally need adjustments due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, festivals, traffic disruptions, flight cancellations, hotel overbookings, or temporary restrictions at tourist attractions. In such situations, B2 Adventure Tour and Travels will make every effort to provide appropriate alternatives. However, the company cannot be held responsible for compensation or refund claims resulting from these unforeseen changes.
Hotel Standards & Expectations
Travelers should note that hotels or resorts in mountain regions and tourist destinations may differ significantly from business hotels in large metropolitan cities. Ratings and facilities often vary depending on the location, infrastructure, and environment. Guests are requested to consider these differences when evaluating accommodations.
