This itinerary explores the enchanting landscape of the Dha-Hanu region, known for its unique “Aryan” culture. It is a perfect mix of popular attractions like Nubra and Pangong with off-the-beaten-path locations. Travelers will experience the diverse scenery of Ladakh, from high mountain passes to the deep, culturally rich valleys of the Indus.

LEH – SHYAM – NUBRA – PANGONG – DHA HANU 

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival

Welcome to Leh; transfer to your accommodation to begin your journey in the “Great Himalayas” under professional care.

Visit the Hall of Fame and Spituk Monastery, followed by the natural wonders of Magnetic Hill and the Indus-Zanskar confluence.

Journey across the Khardungla Pass to reach the high-altitude desert of Nubra Valley, famous for its sand dunes.

An intensive day traveling to Pangong Lake via the Shyok River and returning to Leh via Changla Pass.

A secondary transit leg through the Changla Pass to ensure you soak in the high-altitude desert beauty.

Depart for the Dha-Hanu region, home to unique cultural groups, and explore the local hamlets.

Spend time in the morning exploring Dha-Hanu before driving back to Leh for your final night.

Complete your journey with a transfer to the airport, carrying memories of the splendid beauty of Ladakh.

Excluded Services

Airfare/Train Fare:

Cost of flights to and from Leh or transportation to the starting point (e.g., Srinagar for Parikrama).

Lunches are not included in the MAP plan and must be managed by the traveler during sightseeing.

Costs for laundry, telephone calls, internet usage, and alcoholic or soft beverages.

Entrance fees for monasteries, museums, camel safaris in Nubra, or white-water rafting fees.

For bike tours, fuel for the motorcycle and specialized riding gear are typically excluded.

Travel insurance, emergency evacuation costs, and oxygen cylinder charges (unless specified otherwise).
